ARGENT ASSOCIATES, INC., IS AWARDED PROJECT LIGHTSPEED CONTRACT FOR THE SOUTHEAST REGION FROM AT&T amd Alcatel-Lucent Technologies

EDISON, N.J. - AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent Technologies awarded Argent Associates, Inc., a distribution contract for the deployment of material for AT&T's Project Lightspeed in the Southeast Region of the United States. Argent will implement this program from their Raleigh, North Carolina, facility.

This program is to assist in the rapid deployment of technology into AT&T's Southeast footprint. Argent will provide ALU technology to AT&T's turf vendors for installation throughout the nine states in the Southeast Region. Argent is but one of four minority, woman owned companies that AT&T has solicited support in the launch of this program.
